Didn't get my order, so disappointed! March 14, 2026 Reviewer: Nora Ellen Pawlik from Nevada   Three weeks ago I placed my order for several items, and they never arrived. The  only info on my account says that my order is processing, yet nothing else. I reached out via email to the customer service several times and never heard anything back. No one answers the phone when I call the number provided to contact customer service.  My payment processed through my bank. So sad to go through this, I am a returning customer and always had a great experience with Jaclyn Smiths skincare line. Was this review helpful to you?

Rating is for customer service August 7, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Freepprt, FL United States   I never received the product or even a response to the 2 emails or 2 telephone calls and messages I left.  Since FedEx is still showing that they are waiting to receive the package I contacted my credit card company and cancelled the order.
