Didn't get my order, so disappointed! |

Three weeks ago I placed my order for several items, and they never arrived. The only info on my account says that my order is processing, yet nothing else. I reached out via email to the customer service several times and never heard anything back. No one answers the phone when I call the number provided to contact customer service. My payment processed through my bank. So sad to go through this, I am a returning customer and always had a great experience with Jaclyn Smiths skincare line.
