Didn't get my order, so disappointed! March 14, 2026 Reviewer: Nora Ellen Pawlik from Nevada   Three weeks ago I placed my order for several items, and they never arrived. The  only info on my account says that my order is processing, yet nothing else. I reached out via email to the customer service several times and never heard anything back. No one answers the phone when I call the number provided to contact customer service.  My payment processed through my bank. So sad to go through this, I am a returning customer and always had a great experience with Jaclyn Smiths skincare line. Was this review helpful to you?

Great product! September 19, 2023 Reviewer: E Neal from Mason, OH United States   I've used the daycream and retinol night cream for several years--finally got the exfoliating polish cleanser--it is a great!  It helps with aging skin--delicate, yet cleans thoroughly.  (My only issue was trying to reach customer service--it took about a month for the product to ship and no response to my inquiry checking on it.)
