I ordered two of these and received two of the night cream with retinol in error. I have e.mailed twice reporting this error, and as yet (5 days later) have not heard from this company. The original shipment came within a week of my order, but I received NO prior info concerning shipping, nor ANY response to my alerting the company that I have not received my correct order. Jaclyn Smith possibly has nice offerings, but their customer communication leaves much to be desired. No contact phone number, online only options to e.mail, which they do not respond to. Be aware of this. My only hope is that SOMEONE will read this review!
